Delivery Method

FREE Delivery within Sabah Malaysia:
We use UTS courier service or Main Power courier service for delivery within Sabah Malaysia only. Courier delivery of goods requires 1-2 days to reach your destination after we received the full payment.

Delivery within Peninsular/Sarawak Malaysia:
We use Pos Laju service for delivery to Sarawak or Peninsular Malaysia and requires 2-3 days to reach your destination after we received the full payment. Customer have to pay RM80 for delivery charges. 

Important Note:
Please provide us your full name, full address and handphone number so that the goods could be easily deliver to you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

All item are well packed to ensure safe delivery. Usually we use UTS courier service, Main Power courier service or Pos Laju or Pos Express for delivery.

Insurance is optional at your expense.

Item will be send out within 1-3 working days upon clearance of payment.

We only shipped locally, within Malaysia.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. No refund, No return policy. If you are unsure of the item, please make all enquiries before you buy.

Any item damage during transit will be the courier’s liability. It will have to claim accordingly.

All items are checked and in good conditions before delivery.

If an item is received in non-working condition, please contact us within 1 days from date of received.

We will send a replacement item upon receiving the returned defective item.
